Empowered & Active was founded by Cian with one simple mission, to ensure exercise was within reach of everyone. After seeing first-hand the impact of inactivity within care settings, he set out to create a meaningful project that would provide benefits beyond what many could imagine and by creating a person-centred movement, he has done exactly that.
