WHO WE HELP
Residential Care Homes
We partner with residential care homes to deliver group physical activity sessions that promote independence, mobility and social connections.
Domiciliary Care Agencies
Working closely with agencies, we are able to offer 1-1 or small group sessions in clients' own homes. Through complementing the care they already receive we can enhance quality of life whilst improving the services the agency offers.
Carers / Individuals
Supporting individuals, their carers and families is at the forefront of what we do. Whether that is a private session or through the use of our online portal, we are becoming more accessible than ever.
