We are flexible with timings to suit your needs, however we typically recommend an hour session is perfect.
All our instructors hold the necessary up-to-date qualifications and training to be able to deliver safe and fun sessions with vulnerable adults.
No! We will have all the equipment necessary, all we ask is for a nice open space in which the session can be completed in!
We will always be firm believers in the benefits of regularly scheduled physical activity sessions, however we will always accommodate those looking for a one-off session.
