Refund Policy

At Empowered & Active, we want you to be fully satisfied with your experience — whether you’ve purchased physical equipment or booked one of our care home activity sessions. Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and how we handle refunds and returns.

For Physical Products (e.g., Equipment Bundles):

If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from our store, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • We do not offer refunds for sale items unless faulty.

To initiate a return:
Please contact us at general@empoweredandactive.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

For Services (e.g., Activity Sessions):

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.

Late cancellations (within 48 hours of the session) or missed appointments without notice may not be eligible for a refund.

If a session is canceled by Empowered & Active (e.g., due to staff illness or other issues), you will be offered a full refund or reschedule.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request a photo or video to assess the issue, and will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate — at no cost to you.
